Chernoff Newman is passionate about solving problems through creative communications. We enjoy the folks we spend our days with, whether it’s inside the office or outside after hours. We have a relentless curiosity, no matter what discipline we’re working within, and that drives our passion for creativity. It also fuels a culture of collaboration and fun. We live in a team environment, where we truly work across all disciplines in our marketing efforts. And the most important member of our team? That’s our client. This approach, where we put our clients first, helps us work together as a unified team. A team built to connect with consumers on a personal level. Technology may drive this engagement, but people are who really make it happen.

We’re in search of a detail-oriented person who also loves to interact with clients. Someone who likes to lead a team of peers, but can also manage tasks on their own. Someone who knows tried and true traditional forms of communications like advertising, marketing and PR, but is always learning about new approaches in the field of integrated communications. Ultimately, our account managers are expected to help plan and manage the tasks of generating profitable results for our clients, while working with an integrated team of agency professionals.

We’re always looking for talented, like-minded people who are into working hard and producing great work. If you think you’ve got what it takes, then bring it.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Plan, analyze, and evaluate relevant tasks to assigned client projects and needs
  • Help to develop workable budgets and account plans
  • Collaborate with the Account Supervisor in preparation of recommendations, strategies and actions for the client
  • Review and analyze materials relative to client needs — from research data to media results and everything in between
  • Coordinate and manage the activities necessary to meet client goals
  • Handle assigned work in an efficient, timely manner
  • Assist in monitoring and managing estimates and budgets
  • Maintain communications with appropriate agency team and client personnel

And here are a few ways we describe the people who fit into our agency culture:

  • Curious – everyone here has the courage to wonder what’s next for our clients and our industry
  • Team-driven – this is a true team environment where our clients are the most important member of the team
  • Big thinkers – we are all makers, innovators and catalysts for change
  • Business savvy – our focus is on strategic, original work that drives a positive bottom line for our client
  • Get it done attitude – we are client-focused, responsive and always thinking about measuring our results
  • Pride in work – we do what we say to the best of our ability and we are always going for great

If you are ready for the challenge, then we are ready to hear from you.

  • Conscientious with a focus on client and agency needs and expectations
