Our team is growing, and we are looking for an exceptional Traffic Manager for our Creative team. We need a team player who is bright, enthusiastic and insightful with the ability to manage multiple facets of an integrated marketing experience, in order to achieve the overall project milestones. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform well under pressure, set deadlines, manage multiple projects, budgets and timelines simultaneously, and still bring energy and creativity to work each day. You should also be self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and a keen attention to detail. The Traffic Manager should be an organized individual who has had experience working with multiple formats and can manage trafficking multiple jobs throughout an agency setting.
LOCATIONS: Columbia, SC / Charleston, SC / Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities:
• Ensure project milestones and goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
• Develop project estimates and schedules
• Traffic final approval on all final mock-ups and printer proofs
• Manage talent renewals in audio and video broadcast materials
• Work with Project Manager Director to ensure workloads and resources assigned are aligned to scopes of work

Requirements
• 5+ year’s experience in related area as an individual contributor, preferably in an agency setting
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from a four-year accredited college or university
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent proofing skills
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Project, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Experience with project managements tools (ie. Basecamp, Slack, Advantage, Workamajig)
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite with specific ability to manage files in InDesign
• Dynamic individual who has energy and enthusiasm, and has an ongoing commitment to achieving high quality results
