Chernoff Newman was recognized and awarded for its innovative use of digital marketing, state-of-the-art app development and creative collateral production at the 2013 AIGA InShow Gala on November 9, 2013, in Charleston, S.C.
Each year, design work in South Carolina is juried for The AIGA InShow Gala, a creative competition to recognize the finest design work statewide. Chernoff Newman took home eight awards for design, usability and technical features tailored to strategically meet client’s goals and objectives.

Chernoff Newman received awards for the following work:

- The Hearth Center for Eating Disorders “The Hearth Microsite”
- SC Department of Agriculture “Fresh on the Menu Package”
- SC Department of Agriculture “Fresh on the Menu App”
- Salvation Army of the Midlands “Salvation Army Annual Report”
- Piggly Wiggly “Local Produce Since Forever Outdoor & In-store”
Additionally, the “Fresh on the Menu Package” was named “Best of Columbia” and “Best in Show.” The package included a sell-in kit, website, advertising campaign and an app.
