One of those employees is Molly Hefka, who we are pleased to announce has been promoted to associate media director.
As our agency navigated the pandemic, our media team experienced an intense transition period as they saw a 25% increase in media placement requests and internal shifts in leadership, all of which Molly handled with grace and poise.
She joined our team in 2015 as a media buyer in our Charleston office. In this role, she developed, analyzed and executed media strategies and plans for clients such as Piggly Wiggly, Medical University of South Carolina, Florida Department of Agriculture, Trident United Way and more.
In her new role as associate media director, she will be responsible for managing the media team by training and developing team members, managing each team member’s client list and leading the buying and planning processes.
Outside of Chernoff Newman, Molly is a member of Charleston’s American Marketing Association chapter and was a volunteer/guest speaker for the College of Charleston marketing department before the COVID-19 pandemic.
