Over the past 15 months, Chernoff Newman has seen a substantial increase in the channel distribution needs of our clients. Our media placement, both traditional and digital, has seen an increase of 25% during this period. Some of this came from responding to the pandemic and some is coming from brands needing to stay in front of their audiences as the economy rebounds.
The most recent result of this growth is the addition of two new team members, Monique Holland and Tia Ternberg! As media coordinators, they will be assisting in the negotiation, placement and analysis of traditional, digital and social media buys for clients across the Southeast. They are important additions to the Chernoff Newman family and along with other recent hires, to help us grow to continue to meet the rapidly changing needs of our clients.
Monique and Tia have the same cultural values as Chernoff Newman: curiosity, team driven, big thinking, business savvy, a get-it-done attitude and pride in our work. This helps them align perfectly with their teammates and clients. We continue to put emphasis on analytics and measuring results for our clients and the addition of our new team members allow us to better fulfill those needs.
