Requirements
• At least 4 years of web design and interactive development
• Experience designing, coding and testing websites for cross-browser compatibility/trouble-shooting
• Experience creating site maps, wireframes and prototypes
• Creative, detailed approach to web design
• Creative approach to enhancing user experience and problem-solving around it
• Experience in responsive and adaptive development across all platforms
• Working knowledge of W3C guidelines
• Experience with customizing Content Management Systems
• Knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices for Web usability
• Mastery of HTML5 and CSS3; the ability to develop in PHP; framework-assisted scripting knowledge (i.e., jQuery, Scriptalicious, Prototype, etc.); Web App development; Responsive and Mobile design; Adobe Flash; the ability to code XML, JavaScript, and ActionScript
