Chernoff Newman strategically positioned the city with the call to Head West. This aspirational move brings about ideas of excitement, community and a way of doing things that’s all its own - whether it is for business, for recreation or for living in the City.

Strategy
West Columbia is homegrown, yet growing. That means more business and more hospitality to the area. Strategically, this new brand must capture this infectious growth while still retaining its long-standing affordability and availability.
Tactics
This fully integrated brand deployment included new wayfinding signage, updated logo materials on city vehicles, water and sewer bills and city hall. The City's digital footprint and social media presence were also updated.
