Results

The campaign kicked off during First Thursday on Main with widespread, positive local media coverage. Events publicized on the new website are driving more people to the area and increasing new businesses. The campaign has been recently recognized at a statewide design show.

Objective

Ease the ability to sell to prospective tenants of the area, while also separating the area from other offerings to attract more people to live, work and play there.

Strategy

Create a metropolitan and vibrant brand campaign that combines the unique details of the buildings, the progressive people who live and work here and the artisanal events that happen only in and around Main Street.

Tactics

A new logo and tagline utilized throughout the space in pole banners, markers with associated block numbers, parking garage signage, utility box signage, merchant signage, merchandise, a video and a fully responsive website.

We looked at the colors, textures and shapes of the buildings in the district, pairing them with the people who live, work and play here.
