Charleston AMA Spark! Awards Best Rebranding

In the midst of the big-ship era, this campaign supports momentum and success during a record-setting year for the state port system.

Results

Trade pubs saw 536,678 impressions delivered and 1,088 clicks; specific trade show social campaign resulted in 54,467 impressions, 251 clicks and 383 engagements; initiated a first-to-market print opportunity and accrued 446,272 digital impressions.

Objective

Coming off a successful in-state impact awareness campaign, the Ports Authority was looking to refresh and re-imagine the way they communicate with global customers and prospects.

Strategy

Uniquely and boldly promote the Port’s benefits, from the ongoing development of waterborne commerce and inland port facilities, to expertise in supply chain logistics, all while sharing the far reaching economic benefits for the citizens and businesses throughout South Carolina.

Tactics

The campaign launched at the SC International Trade Conference, as well as on digital platforms. Updates were made to the port’s website, their online case studies and we created a high impact takeover of skylight placements in the Charleston County Airport.

Supply Chain Authority

During the campaign, we also launched The Supply Chain Authority – a name for the impressive team of experts who handle logistics for the port.
