Our collaborative team, fueled by curiosity and innovation, delivers human-centric solutions across disciplines. As trusted advisors, we put clients first, leveraging technology and personal engagement to create meaningful communications that resonate with communities and drive results.

About the Role

We’re looking for a WordPress Developer who will directly shape the digital presence of our clients’ brands—building human-centric, visually dynamic, and accessible websites that leave a meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll integrate cutting-edge design with technical expertise, ensuring that every user experience you create is not only beautiful and interactive but also backed by solid performance and scalability. As part of a refreshed digital team within an agency that’s been in business for more than fifty years, you’ll have a unique opportunity to help define our web development standards, processes, and team culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • WordPress Mastery: Build and customize visually striking, responsive WordPress websites, focusing on unique animations, seamless interactions, and dynamic user experiences.
  • Creative Leadership: Research and share innovative approaches, tools, and design trends to elevate our digital offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to translate strategic objectives into engaging web experiences.
  • Prototyping & Design: Sketch and code ideas, proofs of concept, wireframes, micro-interactions, and prototypes using whatever it takes to share your vision with others.
  • AI Integration: Use AI-driven tools to write code, streamline workflows, generate creative assets, and push the boundaries of website production.
  • Human-Centric Design: Combine creativity with user empathy to ensure accessibility, usability, and inclusivity in all designs.
  • Performance Optimization: Deliver websites that are optimized for performance, scalability, and SEO best practices.
  • Version Control: Use GitHub and version control systems to manage code repositories, ensure team collaboration, and maintain clean development workflows.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3-5 years in WordPress development, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful projects.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise with custom WordPress theme development.
    • Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and animation libraries like GSAP or ScrollTrigger).
    • Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creativity & Curiosity: A passion for trying new ideas, experimenting with cutting-edge web design techniques, and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Energy & Team Spirit: A collaborative, upbeat attitude that inspires and energizes those around you.
  • Problem-Solving: A resourceful, proactive approach to troubleshooting and delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • 3-5 years of agency experience.
  • You’ve built and launched multiple websites end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with advanced interaction libraries (e.g., GSAP, Three.js), CSS keyframe animation, or motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, SVGator, Lottie Creator).
  • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, image compression, lazy loading, and ajax.
  • A background in data-driven design or analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on impactful projects that inspire and make a difference.
  • A culture that values integrity, kindness, and diverse perspectives.
  • Opportunities to lead creative projects and grow your skills.
  • Access to the latest tools and resources, including AI innovations.
  • A fast-paced, supportive team environment where creativity thrives.
