Sara oversees Chernoff Newman’s media team and channel strategy, driving audience segmentation and ensuring alignment between brand, strategy and campaign implementation. For more than 20 years, Sara has worked to understand audiences, how they experience and interact with brands and how best to spur them to take action. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in advertising, Sara began her career at a boutique media agency where she developed a passion for market research, analysis and stringent accountability before first joining Chernoff Newman in 2008.

Sara has also served on the board of the American Advertising Federation of the Midlands and is a member of the 2016 class of Leadership Columbia and the Leadership Columbia Alumni Association. But it’s her role as mom that really keeps her on her toes, thanks to her twin boys.
