Our job? Fill jobs. CLT has 100+ jobs to fill, including everything from shuttle drivers to maintenance and office positions. So, we leveraged current employees to help spread the word – the airport’s own Canine Crew.

The airport’s professional therapy dogs are featured in jobs with openings, we ran paid ads on Facebook, Instagram and streaming radio and placed digital banner ads. Currently, the campaign has generated 9.7+ million impressions and a 1.45% click-through rate, as well as 275,000 likes, shares, video views and comments, and nearly 300,000 engagements.
