Increased competition from other airport parking facilities gave us a reason to smile and increase the awareness of travelers’ ability to book CLT parking online in advance.
Pre-pandemic revenue for parking products in 2019 was $29.5 million. After this campaign launched in 2021, that number hit $36.5 million, exceeding CLT’s forecast by $10+ million.
We parked messaging in all kinds of spaces in and around the airport to capture passenger traffic.
